Summary of my work over 3 months while working with Manan Arya's lab as a rotating first-year PhD student. This project generalizes Miura tube geometry/kinematics for non-parallel (that is, conical) tubes and explores the use of nearly length-invariant cable actuation to reversibly deploy and stow them.
